Survivor, your methods may have been unconventional

Survivor, your methods may have been unconventional. Your steps sometimes falter, hesitation. You know yourself, the wrong step you’ll transform into a launchpad.

Airport mornings Familiar strangers Fires burning Power rangers

Time me while I solve my cube? Absolutely not, I will not be evaluated, and close the door behind you.

Writing acoustically while my phone charges

I write for myself About myself To myself Me me Me M

I did not spend any birthdays alone, now that would have been sad. Instead I was complaining because even attention’s center was not centered on me enough. Give me that baby, let me take a picture with our newest addition. Me cut the cake? Enslaving me on my own special day. The singing wasn’t loud enough, and not nearly enough claps, we’ll try again next year. Hopefully, we’ll be more rehearsed for the national occasion.

A book on her lap, another on the table. And she goes to, let me guess, yep, reach out for the e-reader. Some people’s greed are unmatched. Good thing it was uncharged, technology did what no one and nothing else could do, killed the worm.

Main character syndrome Or as I like to call it, being human

Let’s go back in time and plagiarize the memories. Cut and paste and glue. Show me that one, ew, to the trash. Remove that person and replace it with this one. Revolutionary technology wishes it could do what I do.

Withdrawals are bad. Money withdrawals, not always. Depends on the goods bought. Some are worth it, some are not. When they’re not, it burns up hot. I could have bought a diamond ring, what’s life without a shiny thing. I love my garnet more than anything, she’s always there for me. When I fall, she catches me. And when I rise, she carries me. My precious girl, dear diary.

You opened up the wound of wounds. With sharpened fangs and pointed tongues. You did all that, not dinosaurs nor beasts of night. You woke it up, my sleeping beast. Were you expecting beauty? Awoken with a kiss. Not what you heard? It’s hit or miss. And you’re not good with bows and arrows, so you always miss. Daggers require closeness, and snakes will always hiss.

Airbus stop That’s where I’ll wait for you In the sky, my moon

One lapse over Around the sun Recovery, not over We start again, no gun

What’s the catch if they keep handing it over Unpaid, no complaint raised, just afraid Of the other shoe drop, step stop Over my head, away instead

You got them speaking in tongue Cheek is none, writing in lines Picturesque symbols And finally, the last act Singing in languages you don’t understand

You got them looking up words And asking machines Is this a game you play? The ultimate prize, loss

Your clock app is starting to look like an airport billboard, summers and springs alike.

Abandoned logic, tree logs cut off. Truth is what they do, not what they say.

Banana leaves, apple stays

Conversations on a busy street’s sidewalk. Language barriers cannot stop me, unless I want them to, then in that case me no comprendo.

Interference to the signals. A lot of precious time is wasted on adjusting and readjusting. Watch straps are too confining, blood circulation’s interrupted. And thought’s train is hunted fiercely by blood hungry souls.

I could have been happy, then? Earlier, so much time’s gone by And so many tears were cried The unforgivable, formidable

Go dive Come back up Tell me what you found Oysters, mine to check and sell

Unreadable Explainable One parable Blue marbles

Fear and loathing, mouth is foaming. Separating, just in love. No one’s faking, sky’s above.

Who does that? I often wondered. That’s when my journey began, dear reader. I walked the earth barefoot, no water. Your clouds were high and not a drop. I almost died, but never stopped. You almost cried, for that you hopped. Such pretty lies, were in my sack. The animals often attack. You’re not a son neither a sun, disposable with not a track.

Not brave enough or scared. Give me the flame, I’ll save. Not borrowing, but shared. How dare you look over my shoulder when I’m right here? Nothing’s there but the darkness and destruction I left behind me, don’t look. I have a funny trick, look, notice me, eyes here. So, where were we?

I watched the whole thing, waiting for the act to be dropped but it never did. I listened to you breathing, comforting myself with each exhale.

You’re the only one who found that treasure. Imagine that. I haven’t told anyone else, or gave away any maps or instructions, at least not without layers and layers of encryption. Other than you, the whole world is free to look and draw a mind map, a soul trap.

I’m cursed, it’s a secret. Everything I touch either burns or turns to gold. Depends on if I need warmth or some cash. And some nights are freezing cold, I can’t stand the cold.

When you love a black cat, you let it be. They like to come and go as they please. They like to live life on the edge, belonging to no one.

I never said I was alone, please understand. Maybe I had the one thing we’re all after, whatever that is, all along. I didn’t fool anyone, you fooled yourself when you believed what you wanted to be true, without proof.

I couldn’t stop laughing at how well written it was. I thought to myself, this must have taken a lot of effort and time and research. So imagine my surprise when I saw it live in action. The surprise was that there were no tricks, zero help, sent out to the masses between meals and episodes, between drives and on the roads, between lovers and greenish toads.

Even infinite cubes are limited. You can go on forever, but only in these perimeters. Freedom’s illusion.

I see myself in you I see divinity in myself I see the divine in you I see infinity in myself I see forever in you I see eternity in myself Where do I end? Where do you start?*
